1. Returns Eligibility

Products not eligible for return:

  • Customized or specially ordered products.

  • Products without original packaging or missing parts.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide order details and supporting photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

3. Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible for defective or wrong products.

  • If the requested replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

  • If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return (refer to the above process).
